Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy You may cancel your Wapi subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly), after which it will be terminated, and you will lose access to the platform and its features. Refund Policy All subscription plans are prepaid. Wapi operates on a strict no-refund policy. No full or partial refunds will be provided for cancellation mid-cycle, regardless of usage. Important Clarification on Service Liability: Wapi is a platform that facilitates access to the WhatsApp Business API via the Cloud API. We are not responsible for the policies, actions, or service disruptions of the underlying platform (Meta/WhatsApp). Problems at Meta's/WhatsApp's End: If a user's WhatsApp Business Account or associated phone number is banned, restricted, or faces any other issue directly due to Meta's/WhatsApp's policies, automated systems, or technical faults, Wapi will not be liable and will not issue any refunds. Problems at Customer's End: If service is interrupted due to customer error, violation of our Terms of Service or WhatsApp's Commerce Policy, non-payment of WhatsApp Cloud Messaging charges, or any other issue originating from the customer's side, Wapi will not be liable and will not issue any refunds. By subscribing to Wapi, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund policy under all the stated conditions.
